my soul was set on fire

i realized

i was already living an adventure

is this the end

either way

i'll risk being happy

i'll see dancing colors

my glimpses of joy

will be moments of eternity

my best companion

will be me

i'll have myself to admire

in empty rooms

with endless horizons

where i surrender
